We design and develop websites using WordPress, the most popular CMS (Content Management System) on the market today. It is popular for many reasons. We choose it because it is easily customizable, integrates well with social media platforms, allows for ways to automatically generate new content, and stay in touch with new and potential customers. BUT most importantly, it’s easy for you (after the site is setup) to get in and make simple updates to your content. You won’t feel like you need us for every little change you want to make.

For example, you could say, "I want to use my site to create a sales funnel for my products/services; I want to get in touch with new and existing customers, and grow my contacts; or I want to promote my new book." Think this through, and provide your most important objectives.
5.) YES or NO? ...Do you have a Site Outline ready, including top-level menu items and sub-level menu items? ?
If you typed "YES," please email your Site Outline as a MicroSoft Word .doc (or .docx) file in a separate email to Donna@DonnaGentile.com. If you typed "NO," we'll need to develop one in order to provide you with a design estimate.
6.) Do you have existing website copy (text/manuscript) for your website or do you need a copywriter to write or edit your text? If your site is written, what format is it in? ?
For example, “I have website copy. It’s online at http://…” or “I'm working with a copywriter..." or "I need a copywriter..."
7.) List the specific functions your site must include (ie: social media integration, image gallery, store, calendar, blog, custom inquiry form, flash animation, items for download…) and expand on what your requirements or needs are: ?
A specific example might be... "I need a calendar, but not just any calendar... I need one that will do x, y, z..."
8.) What is the title of your site? ?

9.) Do you have an existing logo/identity system, and can you show me how it has been applied in print or online (ie: stationery, brochure, ads, website, digital, etc)? ?

10.) Can you provide URL addresses (domain names) for websites that you like? What, specifically, do you like about them? ?

11.) What is your budget for website design? Our websites typically start at $1,200 and go up from there. If you can share your budget, we can design a solution that fits your needs:

12.) Will you be supplying artwork or will you need photography, illustration or the creation of original artwork? ?
You'll need to put together a budget for artwork. We can provide photography and illustration services and create original photo illustrations as additional services — and we can do photo searches for stock photography, as well as photo retouch — but we need to know going into the project how much artwork and photography is being requested vs what will be provided. Please explain your needs as best you can.
13.) When would you like your site to go live? Please provide a specific date or a month and year: ?
We can have your site up in as early as one week, or it could take up to one month or more. Many factors come into play, such as... 1.) Does your old domain need to be moved; 2.) Is your hosting ready to go; 3.) Is your content (text, photos) ready; 4.) How quick are you to get site content, edits and approvals to us; 5.) How much artwork is needed; etc... The more we know up front, the more we can plan out a realistic schedule.
