Photo Illustration

Below is a gallery of covers we designed for Virtue In Action via Hilliman Media. Virtue in Action is an online publication that provides monthly lesson plans to inspire school students to live out the virtues and participate in civil life.

The Assignment

For each assignment we received rough draft copy and submitted 3 to 5 cover designs based on our interpretation of the story. Each project involved changing the color scheme of the graphic elements to work with the dominant image. In cases where we could not locate one photo to illustrate the story, we created photo illustrations.
