In this workshop, you will explore creative ways to honor a loved one, express loss and your unique grieving process, reflect on memories and visualize strength and hope for the future.
Workshops are 2 hours and accompanied by inspirational readings, instruction, relaxing music and a slide show. No experience necessary.
You will leave with a treasure as well as a mindfulness practice for moving through grief and promoting self-care, relaxation, healing and wellness.
