It is ideal for unique Airbnb experiences, yoga and meditation retreats, home schools, birthdays, house parties, team-building in the workplace, and for those seeking to deepen their mindfulness practice, work on personal growth or support their healing journey.

Mandala Art Workshops are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and well-being to the individual — think yoga, but with art!

Workshop is 1.5 to 2 hours and is accompanied by inspirational readings, watercolor demonstrations, drawing tips and techniques, relaxing music, slide show and a circle gathering at the end for sharing, reflection and connection. No experience necessary.
