Bring strength, happiness and positive energy and people into your life! Improve health; increase resilience and mental strength; increase self-esteem; improve sleep; transform negative emotions and feelings of lack into ‘being’ and ‘having’ enough!

“Gratitude is a powerful catalyst for happiness. It’s the spark that lights a fire of joy in your soul.” — Amy Collette

The Gratitude Mandala Workshop is a fun entrance into the world of mandalas, meditative art and mindfulness. It’s ideal for individuals and groups seeking positive connections and creative ways to improve health while having fun.

7 Benefits of Gratitude

According to Psychology Today, “Giving thanks can transform your life,” and there are 7 scientifically proven benefits of practicing gratitude including:

        1. Gratitude opens the door to more relationships.
        2. Gratitude improves physical health.
        3. Gratitude improves psychological health.
        4. Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression.
        5. Grateful people sleep better.
        6. Gratitude improves self-esteem.
        7. Gratitude increases mental strength and resilience, and can reduce PTSD.

Workshop is 2 hours and is accompanied by inspirational readings, texts, instruction, relaxing music and a slide show. No experience necessary.

Mandala workshops are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and well-being to the individual, which in turn can improve and strengthen the wellness and productivity of relationships, teams, groups and ultimately, your business, family or community!

Participants leave with a super cool 12″ x 12″ shimmering creation that can serve as a reminder to stay in an “attitude of gratitude,” as well as a new experience and practice in mindfulness for promoting self-care, relaxation and wellness.
