Take back your power, celebrate your authentic self, shine your light and have fun with type!

The “I Am” Mandala is a great place to start when choosing a workshop. It’s ideal for empowerment, self-care, recovery and self-healing.

Mandala Art Workshops are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and well-being — like yoga, but with art!

Learn watercolor techniques while nourishing your soul and boosting self-esteem.

Workshop is 2 hours and accompanied by inspirational readings, instruction, relaxing music, slide show and circling for reflection, sharing and connection. No experience necessary.

Participants leave with meaningful artwork that embodies all that is unique about who they are—their healing journey and story—and a new practice for promoting self-care, relaxation, self-healing and wellness.
