Peace & Unity Mandala

Cultivate peace, harmony and unity, strengthen community, practice mindfulness and experience the many benefits of art with our Peace & Unity Mandala Art Workshop!

The Unity Mandala is a great way to strengthen community, nurture connections, promote peace, and unite people with different beliefs and backgrounds while practicing mindfulness and experiencing the many therapeutic benefits of art.

The workshop is a unique, empowering, inspiring and memorable experience that connects people to self, others and the world around us. Participants receive inspiring quotes and positive affirmations to work into their watercolor creations, and are invited to incorporate their own mantras and power words as well.

Watercolor Mandalas are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and well-being to the individual.

“We may not have it all together, but together, we have it all.” — Author unknown

Workshops are 2 hours and accompanied by inspirational readings, texts, instruction, relaxing music and a slide show. No experience necessary.

Participants leave with a meaningful mandala creation, a powerful unifying experience, and a new practice for promoting self-care, relaxation and wellness within themselves, in relationships, at home, in the workplace, and in the world.
