Explore and create harmonious and beautiful patterns similar to those that exist in nature from the microcosm to the macrocosm. Deepen connections and relationships to the inner world (self) and outer world (universe).
The Seed of Life Mandala is ideal for the nature lover, the seeker and the seer. It can help us visualize our connection to all that is in the Universe, and to one another. It can help guide us to our own unique spiritual path, or deepen our already-established meditation practice.
Workshop is 2 hours and is accompanied by inspirational readings, texts, instruction, relaxing music and a slide show. No experience necessary.
Mandala Art Workshops are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and well-being to the individual, which in turn can improve and strengthen the wellness and productivity of relationships, teams, groups and ultimately, your business, family or community!
Participants leave with a beautiful mandala that explores connections to nature and a new experience (and practice) for promoting self-care, relaxation, self-healing and wellness.
