Set intentions for self-love and self-care. Mandalas are visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and well-being to mind, body and spirit. Take time out to fill up the well or give this precious gift to employees, staff, friends, family or your community.
We must put on our own oxygen masks first.
As caregivers, whether it’s in our line of work, home or community, we often put the care of others ahead of our own, and we get depleted. It’s important to fill up our own well so we can continue to give and thrive.
Mandala Art Workshops are fun, relaxing visual meditations that can restore harmony, balance and a sense of wholeness and wellness to mind, body and spirit.
Workshop is 2 hours in duration and is accompanied by inspirational readings, texts, relaxing music and a slide show. No experience necessary.
Participants leave with a unique, beautiful and meaningful 12″ x 12″ Mandala as well as a new experience and practice for promoting self-care, relaxation and wellness.
