Workaway Profile

In 2021, Donna converted a van, doing the carpentry herself, and headed west for liberty with her young adult daughter and cat. For the next four years, Donna lived a nomadic life and did Workaway where she worked on family farms and at intentional communities in exchange for room and board. Workaway allowed her to help on- and off-grid families and communities reach their goals, transform spaces and grow while she learned and shared valuable skills on her freedom journey to homestead.
